Students Excel in the 20th Edition of OBMEP with National and State-Level Achievements

Nine Middle and High School students received medals and honorable mentions in the 2025 edition of the academic competition.



The talent and dedication of our students once again earned national recognition. Nine Middle and High School students were awarded in the 20th edition of the Brazilian Mathematics Olympiad for Public and Private Schools (OBMEP), one of the most important academic competitions in Brazil.


The achievements include medals and honorable mentions at both the state and national levels, reflecting the students’ strong academic performance and the school’s commitment to excellence in Mathematics education.


National highlight: Grade 9 student earns a silver medal


Among the outstanding results, special recognition goes to Grade 9 student Caroline Fernandes, who earned a national silver medal, in addition to a state gold medal.

Other High School students also stood out with dual awards—national honorable mentions accompanied by state medals—reinforcing the consistency of the school’s results in the competition.

Recognition that inspires new challenges


With their certificates already in hand, students are now awaiting the official delivery of their medals, which symbolize not only individual achievement but also the collective effort of teachers, coordinators, and families who continuously support the students’ academic journey.


Encouraged by these excellent results, the medalists have already begun preparing for the 21st edition of OBMEP, which will take place later this academic semester. The expectation is that new achievements will further strengthen the school’s tradition of academic excellence and inspire even more students to challenge themselves in the world of Mathematics.
