Amazon Crossing

For one week, students live the reality of the natives in the Amazon and learn about their arts, culture, customs as well as the ecosystem.

Nations Festival

Nations Festival

Students study the history, geography, religions, languages, customs, dress, culinary habits and arts often meeting with Embassy representatives and families who were born or have lived there. On the day of the Festival, the entire school gathers to enjoy a day of cultural, artistic, culinary and academic discovery.

Festival of Lights

The Festival of Lights introduces students to the various religions of the world and to religious acceptance and celebration - essential ideals in our educational programs. No matter the faith, we share similar values with others. All seek harmony; we all want peace.

Festa Junina

Festa Junina

Every June, School of the Nations has its Festa Junina. Students, families and friends gather for an evening of traditional music, fun and games.

Book Fair

Book Fair

School of the Nations’ Book Fair celebrates reading and the power of literature to enrich lives and our understanding of others. Each class studies books, characters, literary archetypes and devices from the perspective of the theme. On the day of the Book Fair, students decorate the school with their work for the school community to see and learn.

After School Ceremony

After School Ceremony

At the end of the school year, students enrolled in after school activities in the area of dance, drama, gymnastics and acrobatics perform touching presentations sharing their newly acquired skills.

Our Science Fair encourages curiosity, awareness and creativity; broadens scientific knowledge; provides the opportunity to learn and improve research techniques; offers students the opportunity to work; and allows them to have fun with science.
